Return and Refund Policy


Exchange will be done in case you have received the wrong/damaged item.

However packing is done perfectly hence no issues are faced by
our customers.

Still safer side please share 360 degree uncut open parcel video and share it on
whatsapp @ +918377082562

Video on email/google drive will not be accepted at all as we have to share with courier people and 
they do not use much of emails.

We would need full uncut single open parcel video with no cut and pause and all issues to be covered in same video.

For our customers benefit, we give 7 days time to report us about wrong product/damaged product for free replacement.

7 days will be counted from delivery date as shown on courier company signature sheet known as POD sheet
that is proof of delivery sheet, where receiver do the signatures.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTD BASED ON DISLIKING till further update on our website.

Refund will be processed only in case if  replacement is not possible.

Refund will be initiated after discussing with me on recorded call or chat or email.

Further processing will be notified in written on email and whatsapp both.
