SHIPPING POLICY

For Customised Products


Dispatch time: It takes minimum 2 working days and maximum 4 working days from the date of payment received to dispatch the customised products as it depends on client requirement, it means if more work is required to customise or less based on that dispatching is done. However, minimum time to dispatch customized products is 2 working days and maximum time is 4 working days.

Delivery time of Customised Products is minimum 6 working Days and Maximum 10 working days from the date of payment received as we use DTDC couriers to deliver at the earliest and preferred by our existing customers.




For Non Customised Products like Home Utility Products/Home Decor products and other non customise products

Dispatch time: It takes 24 hours to 48 hours from the date of payment received to dispatch the non-customised products as these are regularly available in stock and ready to ship.

Delivery time of Non-Customised Products is minimum 2 working Days and Maximum 4 working days from the date of payment received as we use DTDC couriers to deliver at the earliest and preferred by our existing customers.




Further Informationa for Customised/Non Customised Products

We will contact you if it takes more than specified time duration which is mentioned above, we will inform you on email/mobile number through text and whatsapp both then you will have the options to continue with the placing of order or to cancel the order.

If you do not reply within 24 hours then we will again send you notification and we will wait for another 48 hours to get your consent.
It means in total we will wait for 72 hours to get your confirmation still if we do not get any response then it will be considered as you want to place the order.


If DTDC is not avail in your area then we will do the shipment from other courier service so that product can be delivered at the earliest
to your doorstep.

You can even mention in additional remarks your preferred courier service while placing the order. Please make sure that courier service should be avail in your area so that you can receive the parcel at your doorstep.

Home utility category products shipment charges are only Rs 80/-. It includes unlimited quantity of Home utility Products.
